The Seattle Seahawks are in Nashville this week, first for a pair of joint practices with the Tennessee Titans Wednesday and Thursday, followed by their Preseason Week 2 game Saturday.
The teams getting together means a chance for the Seahawks to meet up with the safety duo who roamed the back end for the Hawks the past few seasons in Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs. Amusingly, since Seattle made both Diggs and Adams salary cap casualties in the spring, both carry a dead cap hit for the Hawks, while the pair, of course, carries a cap hit with the Titans since Tennessee is actually paying the pair to play football this season.
