And that the Seahawks have a player who is becoming one of the best quarterbacks in NFL history on their side is probably the biggest reason Seattle is a surprising 10-2 this season.
But Seahawks coach Pete Carroll is a believer that culture matters greatly. And his is one, as he explained again Wednesday, in which fun always is a big part of the equation.
