Here’s a look at the Seahawks’ initial 53-man roster, announced today, with some quick comments.

KEEP: Russell Wilson, Brett Hundley.

CUT: Alex McGough.

INJURED RESERVE: Austin Davis.

COMMENT: No surprises here as the Seahawks keep Hundley as the backup and will likely try to get McGough back on practice squad.

KEEP: Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny, C.J. Prosise, Mike Davis, J.D. McKissic.

CUT: Gerald Holmes, Justin Stockton.

COMMENT: No surprises here. There’d been a lot of talk about Prosise but he stayed healthy and stays on the team for now.
