After dealing with a string of injuries and inconsistent play by youngsters like Jake Curhan and Stone Forsythe at right tackle in 2023, the Seattle Seahawks signed a veteran insurance policy in George Fant this offseason to avoid repeating 2023.
However, as they prepare for their Week 3 matchup against the Miami Dolphins, the Seahawks now appear set to play the next four games with Stone Forsythe or McClendon Curtis at right tackle after Fant was placed on injured reserve Saturday afternoon.

The Hawks filled the open roster spot created by Fant’s move to IR by promoting offensive lineman McClendon Curtis from the practice squad.
