With James Starks released and Eddie Lacy signing with the Seattle Seahawks, the Green Bay Packers needed running back depth to accompany WR-to-RB convert Ty Montgomery. Not to fear, for Christine Michael is here!
ESPN’s Field Yates reported on Wednesday that the Packers have re-signed C-Mike, although terms of his contract were not disclosed. After Michael was waived by the Seahawks midway through last season, Green Bay picked him up. He played in six regular season games, getting 31 carries for 114 yards and a 42-yard touchdown run.
