RENTON -- The pushing and shoving matches that highlighted day three of Seahawks training camp escalated to actual fisticuffs on day four at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
It began during a blocking drill with the offensive and defensive lines. Defensive tackle Rodney Coe and lineman Will Pericak remained engaged long after the play, eventually tumbling over a Gatorade cooler, sparking a brawl between the position groups.
Other players and coaches attempted to diffuse the situation while several members of the offensive and defensive lines were swinging at each other, pushing, shoving and wrestling on the ground.
