Ardent Seahawks fans have put this season’s slow start behind them and are focusing on a possible third straight trip to the Super Bowl.
Even in mid-October, after the Seahawks had lost four of their first six games and many in the media had all but written the team’s obituary, Joe Zackuse, of Tulalip, never doubted his beloved team — and he’s not about to start now.
“Super Bowl, baby,” said Zackuse, a longtime season-ticket holder. “We’re going in the side door this time, but we can do it. Those other teams better watch the heck out.
