The Seahawks lost Richard Sherman for the year but are expected to have Earl Thomas back this week ahead of their Nov. 20 showdown with the Atlanta Falcons.
Thomas suffered a strained hamstring on Oct. 29 against the Houston Texans and missed the following two games. Coach Pete Carroll, speaking on 710 ESPN Seattle radio Monday morning, said the free safety "should be back" this week.
Carroll also said Thomas could have potentially played at Arizona if he had the opportunity to practice beforehand. Seattle (6-3) had a quick turnaround after losing to Washington on Nov. 5, traveling to Arizona just three days later with only a few non-contact practices inbetween.
