Each NFL team's biggest offseason move so far

It's been an eventful two weeks since the official start of the NFL's offseason, but which moves actually will result in net gains for their teams is anyone's guess.

A couple of franchises, such as Oakland and Houston, have elevated themselves to contender status in the eyes of many fans and observers. Others -- we're looking at you, Cleveland -- seem relegated to be also-rans in 2016.

Most of the NFL's major free-agent signings happened within 48 hours of the beginning of the new league year on March 9 in a record-breaking spending spree. But second- and third-tier players continue to find new homes every day as teams look to shore up weak spots on their rosters and find bargain-basement deals.
