It had to happen eventually, but to be completely honest with you, I’m not really that upset about it. Sure, I would’ve loved it if our guys could’ve pulled off the big win on Monday night over the Detroit Lions, but our undermanned defense was ill-equipped to handle Ben Johnson’s offense. Despite the litany of injuries on our defensive line, I still believed the Seattle Seahawks could, and would, win that game, so to be clear, my disappointment is very real, but I can’t escape this feeling that a whole lot more good came out of that game than bad.
