The Seahawks are probably going to have to go relatively cheap in attempting to replace the departed Bruce Irvin.
And one new intriguing name surfacing is that of a former Seahawk — O’Brien Schofield — who played in Seattle in 2013 and 2014 before spending last year with Atlanta and former Seahawks defensive coordinator Dan Quinn.
An ESPN report states that the Seahawks, Cowboys and Dolphins have all inquired about Schofield, who apparently won’t be returning to Atlanta.
Schofield took to Twitter earlier Thursday to indicate that he wouldn’t be returning to the Falcons, writing: “Would love to be back in Atlanta but the moves speak for http://themselves.
