SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- A look at Seattle Seahawks who were "up" and those who were "down" in the team's 20-3 win over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
UP
Michael Bennett - He was a disruptive force all game long, finishing with 3.5 sacks.
"Even when he wasn’t getting to the quarterback, he was causing some issues, and guys were giving it up," said head coach Pete Carroll. "It was a really good night for him."
Cliff Avril - He chipped in with 1.5 sacks. Avril has been arguably the defense's most consistent performer all season long.
