The Seattle Seahawks came into this game fresh off their first loss of the Mika Macdonald era with one more layup before a brutal stretch in the schedule. A terrible New York Giants team traveled across the country like so many sacrificial lambs on Seattle’s march to 4-1 and a buzzworthy start to the 2024 season. I think a lot of us were just chalking this up as a win, and why not?
