Oh, Moses, smell the roses. It turns out that the San Francisco 49ers may have a bit of a hangover after getting beat by the Seattle Seahawks last Sunday. Quarterback Brock Purdy has been nursing a right shoulder situation this week, and pass rusher Nick Bosa left the game in the third quarter with what was assumed was an aggravation of his previous hip injury, but Kyle Shanahan updated after the game that it was, in fact, his oblique.
It’s unclear whether Bosa’s continued hip issue or his new oblique situation is keeping him out of this weekend’s contest against the Green Bay Packers, but one or both of them is.
