The complaints started rolling in Thursday afternoon, at least a dozen tweets directed at the Washington State Department of Transportation.
“What’s up in Bellevue?” one person wrote. “405 is stopped cold southbound.”
The person wasn’t wrong.
Southbound Interstate 405 and westbound Interstate 90 were shut down for less than 10 minutes each.
