Analysis: Three things the Seahawks’ defense has to fix to save the season

RENTON — It may not seem like it given the ups and downs of the last four weeks, but the Seahawks defense has actually settled into something of a rhythm as the season nears its end.

It’s just one that unfortunately for Seahawks’ fans has been a little off key.

Consider that over the last seven weeks the Seahawks have ranked either 23^rd, 24^th, 25^th or 26^th in total defense (total yards allowed, or 375.5 per game) in the 32-team NFL and either 11^th, 12^th or 13^th in the 16-team NFC.
