Day two of the 2019 NFL league year has just about come to a close, and the Seattle Seahawks were busy re-signing multiple free agents, as well as signing free agents from other team.
By far the biggest news of the day for the Seahawks was the re-signing of linebacker K.J. Wright. It was very much uncertain whether he’d be re-signed by the team, but all doubt was erased on Thursday when he inked a two-year, $15.5 million contract to take him through the 2020 season.
“I’m very happy,” Wright said (via Seahawks.com).
