RENTON -- Seahawks general manager John Schneider met with the media at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center on Monday, three days before the start of the 2017 NFL draft, which this year is taking place in Philadelphia.
In addition to addressing the ever-present Richard Sherman trade drama, Schneider touched on several other Seahawks and draft-related topics. While the eighth-year GM wasn't entirely forthcoming in all matters -- he declined to give a specific, blow-by-blow account of the team's draft needs -- he did provide some insight on players already in the fold for Seattle, as well as what the team might be looking for in the draft.
