The Seattle Seahawks have the first preseason game Sunday, but it appears that star QB Russell Wilson might already be in regular season form. ESPN's Sheil Kapadia reports that Wilson had perhaps his best training camp practice yet Sunday.
"This seemed like the quarterback's best practice of training camp," Kapadia writes. "Wilson was chucking the ball downfield all day long and connecting with receivers for huge gains ... Overall, it was an impressive day for Wilson, who is moving better than he has at any point in the last year."
Kapadia had more detailed examples, as Wilson connected with several lesser-known WRs like David Moore and Kasen Williams for big gains. That's a promising sign, but the most important part might be that Wilson was moving well.

Wilson battled through injuries last year and he'll once again have to be his mobile self behind a poor Seahawks' offensive line. If Wilson isn't able to move like he normally does, the Seahawks' offense could struggle. Few players are as important to their team's success as Wilson is to the Seattle offense.
