NFL Free Agency is officially here, and the next few days will feature several Seattle Seahawks rumors. The Seahawks have made a few moves, and they might not be done yet. With that in mind, here are a few of the more interesting rumors and news tidbits on the Seahawks.

Lane played in only six games in 2015 and seven games in 2014. However, he's just 25 years old and picked off two passes after returning from injury.
Seahawks Looking At Ted Larsen?
The Seahawks lost guard J.R. Sweezy, making guard an even bigger need for the team. To help potentially fill the hole on the line, the team will visit with Ted Larsen.

Larsen was the Cardinals third guard last season, and wasn't great when he saw the field.
Seattle Interested In O'Brien Schofield?
The Seahawks are in need of linebacker depth, and they are rumored to have interest in O'Brien Schofield.

Schofield could help the Seahawks replace Bruce Irvin. While he's not as talented as Irvin, the two have similar play styles. The two sides are familiar with each other, as Schofield played for Seattle in 2013 and 2014. He played sparingly, but did record three sacks.
