Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin had plenty to say after the team's 30-23 home loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.
According to Curtis Crabtree of KJR Radio, Baldwin had a few choice words about Seattle's offensive performance against Dallas.
Per Mike Florio of NBC's Pro Football Talk, "asked whether it was difficult for the offense to get into a rhythm because the Seahawks didn’t have the ball much, Baldwin said, “No. F–k that. We had plenty of time. We had plenty of time to making f–king plays on the field. Plenty of time.”
Fellow wide receiver Ricardo Lockette would chime in from a couple of lockers away: "Deep breath, Doug. Deep breath.”
Baldwin was also asked about a very intense conversation that he had with quarterback Russell Wilson during the game. You can likely predict his response.
“What you think, man?," Baldwin fumed. "We’re frustrated. The offense can’t f–king move the ball. We’ve got too much f–king talent over here not to be moving the ball. It’s not on Russ. I’m saying in general, our offense, we’re too just f–king good not to be moving the ball down the field. I’m not mad at Russ at all, it’s a collaborative thing. We’ve all got to pitch in and do our part. We’ve all got to be better.”
After the Cowboys came in and dominated the defending Super Bowl champs for a good chunk of Sunday's proceedings, the 3-2 Seahawks could do well to listen to Baldwin, F-words and all.
