It's be a close race for Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, but he'd pick this year's NFC West championship team over the team that won the Super Bowl last year.
"It's different circumstances, but this is a little bit better," Wilson said, via ESPN.com. "You're 3-3, and people were doubting you, but there was no doubt in our locker room. To come back and show that resilience, I would pick this team."
Despite critics claiming the sky was falling six games into the season, the Seahawks have righted the ship in a big way - winning nine of their last ten to capture homefield advantage for the entire NFC playoffs and a first-round bye.
In addition, the defense has not given up a touchdown in four of the team's past six games. The defense has given up a meager total of only 39 points in those six contests, averaging out to an eye-popping 6.5 points allowed per game.
So, when Russell Wilson gives the edge to this squad, there's plenty of evidence that points to him making the right choice.
