According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch is not expected to return to the team next season.
The organization has reportedly grown tired of Lynch's antics, which include pulling a no-show at the White House Super Bowl ceremony, training camp holdout, and contribution to locker room distractions.
Lynch was unhappy with the team after they traded wide receiver Percy Harvin, and has a tense relationship with "little-to-no communication" with head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider.
He would have been made available for a trade by Tuesday's deadline, but fullback Derrick Coleman's injury forced Lynch's backup Robert Turbin into that role.
The 28-year-old is expected to earn about $5 million in 2015 before becoming a free agent in 2016. Lynch has 420 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 97 carries so far this season.
