The Seattle Seahawks are 2-2 and face one of their toughest challenges this season in the 4-0 Cincinnati Bengals this weekend. It might end up being a close game, but it's one the Seahawks will win. Here are three reasons why the Seahawks are guaranteed to beat the Bengals.
1. Possible Return of Marshawn Lynch
Lynch may or may not be back in time for the game, but I have a strong hunch that Lynch will return this week. Thomas Rawls has played well with the absence of Lynch, but it's not the same as having Beast Mode. Head coach Pete Carroll said he's "hopeful" that Lynch will return this week and I am too. The Bengals have a good run defense, but Lynch will get his yards.
2. Bad Andy Dalton
Dalton has played well this season, but that just means it's time for Bad Andy Dalton to show up. You know, one of those four interception games that costs the Bengals a win. The Seahawks have a great defense and could be the team to force Dalton into mistakes. The key to stopping Dalton is pressure and the Seahawks have the front seven to cause chaos in the backfield.
3. Russell Wilson
The Seahawks' offensive line has major issues, but Wilson has still found ways to make big plays. Wilson is by far the best QB in this contest, and his playmaking ability is a big reason why the Seahawks will beat the Bengals. Expect Wilson to turn nothing into something multiple times and carry the offense along with Lynch.
