Alex Wilson (1-4) was handed the loss after serving up the first two-run blast to Zunino. Tigers starter Anibal Sanchez took a no-decision in his first Major League start of the season, giving up two runs on five hits and striking out five. Ian Kinsler was credited with the Tigers' only RBI on a double down the left-field line.
The Tigers finished 0-for-8 with runners in scoring position and stranded nine baserunners.
