The Mariners improved to 8-0 in extra-inning games as they rallied in the 10th to put away the Orioles and complete their first-ever four-game sweep at Camden Yards.
BALTIMORE — An extra-inning game might as well be money in the bank for the Mariners.
Some timely hitting and a pair of 10th-inning errors by the Orioles lifted the Mariners to a 4-2 victory on Thursday and their first-ever sweep of a four-game set in Baltimore.
Dee Gordon opened the 10th with an infield single and scored from first when a single to center by Jean Segura was misplayed by Orioles centerfielder Colby Rasmus.
