It’s a well-known fact that baseball games are governed under a subsection of airport rules (meal times are just suggestions, money isn’t real, calories don’t count, etc.), and that’s doubly true for Mariners baseball games. When you’re at a Tuesday night game in April and the wind is whipping through the stadium and you’re somehow still getting rained on in line for the bathroom, you’re basically required to get the biggest bread bowl of clam chowder you can find and submerge yourself in it like a hot tub. Here’s what’s on offer at the ballpark this year, with a caveat that since I was at spring training, I wasn’t actually there in person to sample these goods, and am imagining how things taste based on pictures and years of experience with Sodexo’s offerings.
