It was a busy week for the Mariners.
Seattle picked up 40 players in the three-day MLB draft, including first-rounder Kyle Lewis and someone with a familiar name in the 24th round.
Meantime, the Mariners continued to struggle at Safeco Field, going 3-4 on their latest homestand against the Indians and Rangers. Losing two of three to Texas puts Seattle five games behind the Rangers in the American League West.
