In the illustrious history of the Seattle Mariners, the franchise has enjoyed a litany of left-handed long bombers. Some hailed from other countries, some tipped the scales at a higher number than their counterparts, some were perfectly crafted athletic specimens, and some played in the 70s, where Major League Baseball players were “in shape” the same way Taco Bell is “Mexican food”.
All told, 14 different left-handed hitters in Mariner history have completed a 20-home run season. The only hints you get are the years they played for the M’s and the amount of times they hit 20 round-trippers in a season.
