The Seattle Mariners on Monday outrighted pitcher Matt Festa to Triple-A Tacoma, the club announced in a news release.
Designated for assignment on Feb. 3, Festa made 20 appearances for the Mariners in 2019. He went 0-2 with a 5.64 ERA, posting 21 strikeouts and 12 walks in 22 u2153 innings.

Festa, 26, spent the majority of last season with Triple-A Tacoma, going 1-1 with a 2.64 ERA and five saves over 23 games (30 u2154 innings).
