The Seattle Mariners have activated reigning American League Rookie of the Year, OF Kyle Lewis, from the 10-day IL as he’s recovered from a bone bruise near his knee suffered against the wall late in Spring Training. As a corresponding move, the club has optioned OF Braden Bishop to the Alternate Training Site, which for the Mariners is... T-Mobile Park. Not a big trek.
