FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) — A video showing a teen driving a pickup truck equipped with a train horn to scare people has caught the attention of police.
The 4 minute video was posted on Youtube, showing people jumping from the train noise.
While some may think it's funny, Fresno police are not laughing.
Police say the installation of such a horn warrants a ticket.
Fresno police Sgt. Mark Hudson says, "It could create other criminal problems. It could cause an accident and other vehicle code citations if something happens. It could also cause someone to get injured.
