NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Two Nashville men are accused of choosing the wrong person to rob.
According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, 21-year-old Caethaean Davis of Antioch and 23-year-old Dontarius Polk of Nashville robbed an undercover agent during an undercover operation.
The operation was part of a multi-agency sting and the agent was attempting to buy fake Percocet pills from the men in a La Vergne parking lot.
The men robbed the agents and were arrested by police. A search of Davis's home found pills, crack cocaine and a handgun.
TBI and La Vergne Police arrested the men and charged them with aggravated assault, evading arrest and tampering/fabricating evidence.
