ARLINGTON, Texas — Logan Morrison has put on a good face through the first 20 games of the season. He came into Wednesday’s game hitting an anemic .149 with just one extra-base hit.
Admittedly, he’s had his struggles and has refused to make excuses. But he’s also been a victim of bad luck, which manager Lloyd McClendon is quick to point out. Morrison’s batting average on balls put into play was .158, which speaks of the many hard-hit balls that had been caught.
Morrison has never complained, pouted or bemoaned his luck.
