2021 was supposed to be “the year” for Evan White. The Seattle Mariners first baseman struggled offensively but showed flashes of promise through his advanced metrics. His high hard-hit rate and barrel percentage gave fans hope for his sophomore season.
Unfortunately, things haven’t worked out so well for Evan White. The Seattle Mariners injury bug got around to the 25-year-old and he is going to miss the rest of the season.
