PEORIA, Ariz. — After an offseason where he reshaped his body and readjusted his swing in hopes of bounceback season in 2019, Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager will miss the first month of the season and possibly more.
On Monday afternoon — just three days before the embarks to Japan to open the season against the A’s — manager Scott Servais announced that Seager would had surgery to repair a torn tendon in his left hand on Tuesday in Phoenix.
