The Mariners made two selections on Day 1 of the 2018 MLB First-Year Player Draft today, selecting right-handed pitcher Logan Gilbert out of Stetson University with the 14th overall pick and outfielder Josh Stowers from the University of Lousiville with the 54th overall pick.
