DETROIT, Mich. — Mariners General Manager Jerry Dipoto announced today the following roster moves:
· Taylor Guilbeau, LHP, selected from AAA Tacoma.
· Brandon Brennan, RHP, placed on the 10-day Injured List with right shoulder inflammation (retroactive to 8/14).
Guilbeau (#45) will be in uniform and available for today’s (1:10 pm ET/10:10 am PT) game at the Detroit Tigers.
Seattle’s Major League, 40-man, roster is now at 37 players.
Guilbeau, 26, will be making his Major League debut with his first appearance. He was acquired by the Mariners, along with minor leaguers Aaron Fletcher (lhp) and Elvis Alvarado (rhp), in exchange for Hunter Strickland (rhp) and Roenis Elías (lhp) on July 31, 2019.
