As left-hander Charlie Furbush continues a slower-than-expected rehab likely to keep him from being ready by the season opener, the Mariners are reportedly testing the trade market for a reliever to pitch the seventh or eighth inning, according to a report from MLB Network's Jon Heyman.

Furbush has yet to appear in a game this spring after his 2015 season ended last July because of biceps tendinitis that was later diagnosed as a partially torn rotator cuff.
