SEATTLE, Wash. — Seattle Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto announced today that the Mariners have recalled outfielder Jarred Kelenic from Triple-A Tacoma.
Seattle’s active roster is now full at 26 players.
Kelenic, 22, made his Major League debut on May 13 vs. Cleveland. In his second career game on May 14 vs. Cleveland, the outfielder went 3-for-4 with 2 doubles, 1 home run and 3 RBI. He was optioned to Triple-A Tacoma on June 6 after appearing in 23 games with Seattle.
