Ariel Miranda will make his 2018 Mariners debut tonight against the Astros after Seattle recalled the left-handler from Triple-A, optioning Taylor Motter.
The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Miranda made one start with Class A Modesto on April 6, allowing five runs (1 ER) on seven hits and two walks while striking out five in 5 innings. He also made one start with Triple-A Tacoma (April 11), tossing four innings and allowing three runs on five hits while walking three and striking out two.
