Seattle Mariners President of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto announced today the following roster moves:
· Danny Young, LHP, recalled from Triple-A Tacoma.
· Erik Swanson, RHP, placed on 15-day injured list with right elbow inflammation.
Young, 27, was recalled to Seattle after being optioned to Tacoma yesterday. He made his Major League debut with Seattle on May 9 vs. Philadelphia, tossing 2.1 scoreless innings, allowing 3 hits with 1 walk and 3 strikeouts.
