INF Ty France placed on 10-day Injured List.
Seattle Mariners President of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto announced today the following roster moves:
· Drew Ellis (#31), INF, recalled from Triple-A Tacoma.
· Ty France, INF, placed on 10-day injured list with a left elbow sprain (retro to June 24).
Ellis, 26, was claimed off waivers by Seattle from Arizona on June 16. He appeared in 4 games with the Triple-A Tacoma, batting .200 (3x15) with 2 runs scored, 1 home run, 5 RBI and 2 walks.
