OAKLAND, Calif. — Seattle Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto announced today that RHP Robert Dugger was outrighted to Triple-A Tacoma.
Dugger, 26, was designated for assignment on August 22. He has appeared in 12 games (4 starts) with the Mariners this season, going 0–2 with a 7.36 ERA (21 ER, 25.2 IP) with 34 hits allowed, 12 walks and 19 strikeouts. He started the season at the Mariners Alternate Training Site and was first selected on April 26.
The right-hander has appeared in 23 Major League games (12 starts) with Miami (2019–20) and Seattle (2021), going 0–6 with a 7.
