Morris picked up his first save of the spring for Cincinnati.
Karns’ first two innings went without much excitement, even recording three ground ball outs in the second. He ran into his greatest trouble in the third, giving up a single, then a 2-run homerun to Jack Cozart, and a solo homerun to Jake Cave.
