Mariners Game #9 Preview, 4/5/25: SEA @ SFG

You’ll be hard-pressed to find a sillier game than yesterday’s 10-9 defeat to the Giants, with several lead changes, the M’s emptying out their entire bullpen, and Sean Barber (typical, am I right?) blowing a few crucial strike calls to set the stage for Carlos Vargas to wear the L despite a valiant effort all occurring over the span of four hours. For all of our sakes, I hope tonight’s game is a bit more on the normal side.

Lineups:

With old ~friend Robbie Ray on the mound for the Giants, the Mariners will pivot to their righty-heavy lineup.
