Seattle Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto announced today the club’s 60-player training roster as the club returns to the field to prepare for the resumption of the 2020 Major League Baseball season.
As part of finalizing the 60-player roster, Dipoto also announced today that outfielder Mitch Haniger, who is continuing his recovery from lumbar microdiscectomy surgery performed on Feb. 13, has been placed on the 60-day injured list.
Haniger is not on the 60-player training roster but can be added back to the active roster upon his return from the injured list.
