SEATTLE, Wash. — Seattle Mariners President of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto and Mariners Manager Scott Servais announced today the Major League coaching staff for the 2022 season.
The Mariners 2022 staff includes four changes from 2021:
- Jarret DeHart, promoted to Hitting Coach & Director of Hitting Strategy.
- Tony Arnerich, named Hitting Coach.
- Andy McKay, named Major League Coach and Sr. Director of Baseball Development.
- Kristopher Negrón, named First Base Coach.
In addition, Manny Acta (Third Base Coach), Trent Blank (Bullpen Coach, Director of Pitching Strategy), Perry Hill (Infield Coach), Carson Vitale (Major League Field Coordinator) and Pete Woodworth (Pitching Coach) will all return to the Mariners Major League staff in 2022.
