With the World Series wrapping up yesterday, free agency officially kicked off today’ however, teams have exclusive access to negotiate with their impending free agents until 2:00p.m. PT on Monday, when they become eligible to be signed by any team.
As expected, the Mariners declined options on a pair of starting pitchers who fell short of expectations in 2017.
