DIXFIELD, Maine (WGME) -- A Maine woman's final wishes were to make sure all of the local feral cats were taken care of.
She left the majority of her estate to the cats, but according to the cats' current caretakers, they've seen very little of that money.
Brenda Jarvis has dedicated her life to caring for cats that don't have a home. Jarvis and a handful of friends take care of the cats in a trailer and a house left to her by relatives.
Jarvis says it's a tough job, but when she met Barbara Thorpe, it got a little easier.
